Department: Sales & Customer Support 
 
Reporting To: The Managing Director 
 
Location: Essex & Suffolk (home based / travel required locally) 
 
OTE: £45,000+

As our full time Customer Account Director you will be working alongside our Managing Director and responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts by building and maintaining strong long-term relationships. You will have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, a strong creative vision, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also have the ability to recognise new sales opportunities both within our existing client base as well the ability to seek out and implement new opportunities with the area. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
Manage client relationships and ensure that all client needs and expectations are met in a timely manor. 
Oversee the delivery of all client projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and our customer services team. 
Communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders to build trust and rapport. 
Manage and maintain our CRM (Currently Pipe Drive) 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Essex & Suffolk areas. 
To meet and exceed agreed sales targets on a monthly basis. 
To attend build key relationships at local business networking events. 
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the Managing Director. 
 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
 
3+ years of experience in account management and or customer service. 
3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or marketing. 
Proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts. 
Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
Confident meeting people face-to-face, via Zoom and speaking on the telephone. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
A full/clean UK driving licence. 
 
Preferred Qualifications and Requirements: 
 
Experience with project management tools and methodologies. 
Experience editing websites with an understanding of digital marketing processes 
Experience with maintaining an accurate CRM system. 
 
Additional Information: 
 
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a person located in either Essex or Suffolk. You will be required to travel within the area for client meetings, sales meetings and networking events. Full training will be given on all aspects of the business with full ongoing support and training provided. This role also comes with an opportunity to get more involved with the business at a senior level for as the business grows and share ownership for the right person.
