Terms and Conditions
Prize Details: The prize consists of three 1-hour business coaching sessions with Oliver, conducted via Zoom. Each session is tailored to enhance business performance and will cover specific topics as outlined on the website page. The sessions will be spread across three months following the date of notification.
Eligibility: Entrants must be over the age of 18 and must have entered their details as part of the competition entry process. Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees and immediate family members of Leading Motion Ltd tare not eligible to enter.

Scheduling: The scheduling of coaching sessions is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with Oliver's team. Sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times within the three-month period following notification of the prize.
Zoom Sessions: Coaching sessions will be conducted remotely via Zoom. Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology (e.g., webcam, microphone) to participate effectively.
Disclaimer: The content of the coaching sessions may vary based on individual business needs and objectives. The aim is to provide personalised guidance and support tailored to enhance your business performance.
No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative to the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
Notification: The winner will be notified by telephone after the competition closes on 30/08/2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected at the discretion of Leading Motion Ltd.
Contact Information: By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their contact details, which may be used by Leading Motion Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for sending promotional communications related to Leading Motion Ltd's products and services. Participants can opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
Privacy: Entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with Leading Motion Ltd's privacy policy, which is available on the company's website.
Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Leading Motion Ltd to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Changes: Leading Motion Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
