The launch of a new initiative focused on helping both franchisees and franchisors
The founder and director of award-winning digital marketing agency, Leading Motion Digital Consultants, has set a new goal to help franchisees grow their organisations.
Having spent the last 14 years running website consultant franchises, it’seeze Colchester and Ipswich and his own marketing agency, Leading Motion, Oliver Brock has the depth of knowledge and experience to be able to advise other franchisees.
“My biggest success so far is building my businesses so I now run the largest it’seeze franchises, having served a total of more than 800 small to medium enterprises,” said the father-of-two, who has previously worked as a Technical Sales Manager in the construction industry with architects. He also worked on projects in the London Olympics 2012 and Kings Cross refurbishment.
“I understand the relationship between franchisors and franchisees, having many years b2b sales experience in the digital marketing space and with corporate organisations.”
Oliver has a passion to help new and existing franchisees to boost their sales and streamline their systems for a better more profitable business. He also wants to help manage the franchisee / franchisor relationship and assist franchisees to develop a better work / life balance.
Oliver added, “I’ve seen many franchisees come and go over the years from many backgrounds, so I understand the complexity of these partnerships, good and bad.
“I’m especially passionate about helping struggling franchisees and franchisors who may have lost their direction and are looking for an outside perspective and creative strategy to implement change for the better.”
With this in mind, Oliver has set up a special group on LinkedIn and Facebook, called Superstar Franchisees with the aim of encouraging franchisees to help and support each other with the daily challenges they face from their first day in business to fulfilling their ambitions to run a profitable business.
With Oliver’s experience running franchises and a digital marketing agency, he is dedicated to helping other business owners in a similar position to maximise their digital marketing reach through effective and creative solutions that are results driven.
