Referral Partnership Agreement 

This Referral Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Leading Motion Ltd. ("Leading Motion"), a company incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom, and [Partner Name] ("Partner").

2. Partner Obligations: 

 

The Partner agrees to the following obligations: 

 

Promotion: The Partner shall help promote the Leading Motion brand and services by referring potential clients interested in having a website created. 

Referral Page: The Partner will direct potential clients to Leading Motion’s referral page, which will provide more details and an application form for the website services. 

Referral Target: The Partner aims to refer a minimum of two new clients per month to Leading Motion. 

 

3. Leading Motion Obligations: 

 

Training & Support: Leading Motion will provide full training on the benefits of the website packages offered, ensuring the Partner is equipped to refer clients confidently. 

Business Cards: Leading Motion will supply the Partner with business cards containing a unique QR code, which directs clients to their dedicated referral landing page. 

Landing Page: Leading Motion will create and maintain a dedicated landing page for the Partner, where referred clients can apply for services and choose their preferred website package. 

Ongoing Support: The Partner will have access to ongoing support from Leading Motion’s dedicated account manager for any questions or assistance needed. 

 

4. Commission and Payment: 

 

Commission Structure: The Partner will earn commission based on the website packages sold through their referral. The commission will be calculated based on the specific packages purchased. 

Bonus Payments: A bonus will be provided once a minimum of three new signed website clients are referred in one calendar month. 

Payment Timing: Commission payments will be made promptly following a 14-day cooling-off period, by the 10th of each new month. 

 

5. Term and Termination: 

 

This Agreement will commence on the date signed and will continue until either party terminates it with 30 days’ written notice. 

6. Confidentiality: 

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the term of this Agreement. 

7. Governing Law: 

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
